What if I want to purchase more prints than what is available in the photo bundle?
After your photoshoot, all photos that meet quality standards will be added to your own personal album. From there you can review, comment, and order a digital download or a print version of the photo.
How long will I have access to my photo album?
Generally, we remove albums 30 days after they have been uploaded for review. If your album is missing, you can request it be re-uploaded for an additional fee.
I like all of my photos! How can I get all of them?
We do allow customers to download all photos from their album for a flat fee. Check the shop for pricing.
What happens if I cannot make my shoot date and time?
We always want to meet you and your buddy for a good shoot, but life happens. If you need to reschedule then contact us and we can find a new date and time at no additional charge.

If you need to cancel all together please inform us 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Last minute cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot time will not be refunded.
